What this Radar is
The World Cocoa Shell Buyers Radar names every company that bought cocoa shells in 2026 from Peru, Ecuador and Colombia, as recorded by their export customs: 37 buyers in 13 countries, 185 shipments and 29 suppliers. Each buyer appears once, even when customs records write its name in several ways or ship to several of its subsidiaries.
Every buyer, verified and profiled
The 10 largest buyers get one page each:
- Value, tonnes, average price a kilo and shipments in 2026, with its rank among the 37 buyers
- The forms its shipments declare, such as crushed or roasted shells
- Its top 5 suppliers with their share, and the exporting countries it bought from
- Purchases month by month
The other 27 buyers are listed after the profiles with their country, value, volume, price a kilo, main origin and main supplier. Amounts are the minimum each buyer bought: they count only the shipments that customs records declare under its name.
Priced by the kilo, the way the trade quotes it
Across the 185 shipments, cocoa shells sold between $0.40 and $6.27 a kilo, at a median of $0.72. Each profile gives the average price that buyer paid, so you can see who buys in bulk at the bottom of the range and who pays for small specialty lots at the top.
One report, one purchase
The PDF holds the market overview by buyer country, the index of the 10 profiled buyers, their profiles and the full list of the rest. The download link arrives in your email as soon as the payment clears.
