Who we are

Garay Company ("Garay", "we") is a trade intelligence business based in Lima, Peru. It runs garaycompany.com and turns official customs records from countries around the world into reports, data and services for companies that trade. You can reach us at info@garaycompany.com.

What we sell

Reports, data files, subscriptions and services about who buys, who sells and at what price. Each product page or proposal states the scope, the data date, the format, the delivery and the price before you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe, or by invoice when agreed. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.

Delivery

Digital files are delivered to the email you paid with, by download link or as an attachment, as each product page says. Download links work for a limited time and number of downloads; if one expires, reply to the delivery email and we send a fresh one. Subscriptions are delivered on the schedule their page states.

Refunds and cancellation

Our products are digital and delivered at once, so they are not refunded after delivery.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account you paid with. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded.

If a file does not arrive or does not open, write to info@garaycompany.com and we fix it.

The data

Our figures come from official customs records, as declared by importers and exporters. Company and country names are standardized by Garay, and products are classified from the commercial description of each shipment.

Customs authorities can revise recent months, and some countries do not publish the importer or the exporter. Each product states its data date and its scope. Our work describes trade that already happened; it is not legal, financial or investment advice.

How you can use what you buy

You can use our reports and files inside your company, and share them with your colleagues. Reselling them, or publishing them in full, needs our written permission. Quoting a figure with the source "Garay Trade Intelligence" is welcome.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the terms in force when you paid apply to that purchase.
